The most important ingredient to a successful rafting company is the guides. We recruit friendly people who like people. Then we train them from scratch. Over our thirty year history, we have learned what it takes to turn a friendly, enthusiastic novice into a skilled river guide. Our motto "Excellence on Whitewater" refers to the technical skills of our guides, and has been our company's hallmark throughout our long history.
